WonderLab AS ("WonderLab", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our applications and services.

1. Who We Are

WonderLab AS is a Norwegian company (org. nr. 934 618 971) based in Stavanger, Norway. We develop and publish mobile and web applications and digital products.

2. Information We Collect

We design our products with privacy in mind and collect only what is needed for each product to function. Our practices differ by product:

• Eggsy (iOS): This app operates entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. No account creation is required, and no usage data is sent to our servers.
• Flipp (web): Flipp converts PDF files you upload into online flipbooks. To provide this service, we process and store the files you upload and the flipbooks generated from them. Each flipbook is published at a unique, shareable URL — anyone with that link can view it, so you should only upload content you are comfortable making accessible to those you share the link with. Using the free tier does not require an account. If you create an account or subscribe to Flipp Pro, we collect your email address and account details, and payment is handled by our third-party payment processor (we do not store your full card details). Pro features such as flipbook analytics may record aggregate view statistics for flipbooks you own.

3. Data Collection by Third Parties

When you download Eggsy through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to this data unless you voluntarily contact us.

For Flipp, we rely on third-party providers to host content and process payments. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Eggsy does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not track your behavior, location, or usage patterns.

Flipp does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We may collect limited, privacy-respecting usage data to operate and improve the service, and Flipp Pro provides flipbook owners with aggregate view analytics for their own flipbooks.

5. Data Storage, Retention and Security

Eggsy does not collect personal data, so none is stored on our servers; any preferences you configure are stored locally on your device.

For Flipp, uploaded files, generated flipbooks, and account information are stored on secure servers provided by our hosting partners. You may delete flipbooks you have created, and account holders may request deletion of their account and associated content by contacting us. We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Eggsy collects no personal data from any user. If you believe a child has provided us personal data through Flipp, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)

Since our apps do not collect personal data, these rights are inherently respected. If you have contacted us via email, you may request that we delete any correspondence.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
