These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by WonderLab AS ("WonderLab", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any WonderLab application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our apps only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications
• Copy, modify, or distribute our applications or their content
• Use our applications for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our applications

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software — are the exclusive property of WonderLab AS and are protected by Norwegian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of our apps is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Specifically for Eggsy: The app provides egg cooking time suggestions as guidelines. Actual results may vary based on egg size, altitude, starting temperature, and other factors. WonderLab is not responsible for cooking outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, WonderLab AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our applications.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stavanger, Norway.
