Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by WonderLab AS ("WonderLab", "we", "us", or "our"), including the Eggsy iOS app and the Flipp web service. By downloading or using our apps and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any WonderLab application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications or services.

2. Use of Our Apps and Services

You agree to use our apps and services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Eggsy is intended for personal use. Flipp may be used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications or services
• Copy, modify, or distribute our applications, services, or their content except as expressly permitted
• Use our applications or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our applications, services, or infrastructure

3. User Content (Flipp)

Flipp allows you to upload PDF files and generate flipbooks from them ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading content to Flipp, you grant WonderLab a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own it or have the necessary rights to upload and share it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. Each flipbook is accessible to anyone who has its unique link. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (Flipp)

Flipp offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change subscription pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications and services — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software, but excluding your User Content — are the exclusive property of WonderLab AS and are protected by Norwegian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. App Store Terms

Eggsy is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of Eggsy is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Specifically for Eggsy: The app provides egg cooking time suggestions as guidelines. Actual results may vary based on egg size, altitude, starting temperature, and other factors. WonderLab is not responsible for cooking outcomes.

Specifically for Flipp: We do not guarantee that flipbooks or shareable links will remain available indefinitely, and you are responsible for retaining your own copies of any files you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, WonderLab AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our applications.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stavanger, Norway.
